Ryan Williams, 27; Michael Jackson, 46; and Normand Briscoe, 19, were all fatally shot in incidents that began Sunday evening and continued into the early morning hours of Monday. Police have not announced in motives or suspects in any of the incidents.
Briscoe died at a local hospital after being shot in the 800 block of Elmira Street in Algiers around 3 a.m. Monday. According to public records, Briscoe lived in that block, and police say they found him wounded inside a home after responding to a report of shots. It was not immediately clear if Briscoe was killed inside his home.
