SAN ANTONIO — The search is on for three gunmen responsible for an overnight shooting that left one man dead and another injured, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Investigators said the north-side shooting happened in the parking-lot of the Summer Oaks apartments, in the 1400 block of Patricia Drive, around 11 p.m.
Tahjik Lomas, 19, and Erik Euceda, 20, were shot during a heated arguement with three other men, according to SAPD.
Police said Lomas was hit , at least, twice in the chest. Euceda was shot once in the hand. Both were taken to University Hospital, where Lomas later died.
SAPD Spokesman Sgt. Javier Salazar said Matthew Hernandez, 18, is accused in the shooting death of Tahjik Lomas, 19, at 11 p.m. on Dec. 12 in the 1400 block of Patricia Drive.
Another man, Erik Euceda, 20, was also wounded by gunfire in the incident. Police released Hernandez’s photo earlier Thursday as a person of interest in the case.
