KENNER, La. —Kenner police are investigating a deadly shooting from Saturday night.
Investigators said 24-year-old Brandon Joseph was dropped off at the emergency room of Ochsner Medical Center – Kenner, suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg that proved to be fatal.
Officers were called to the hospital at about 10:45 p.m. Authorities are trying to find out who dropped Joseph off at the hospital and where in the metro area he had been shot. They are also investigating to see if the victim had been involved in a crime prior to being shot or if he was a random shooting victim.
