New Orleans police released surveillance footage of the suspect in a Hollygrove murder on Sunday evening. 27-year-old Ryan Williams was shot and killed several times in the 8100 block of Belfast Street about 10 p.m. on Sunday, police said.
Williams was found lying in the middle of the street outside of his home and was pronounced dead on the scene, authorities said.
