A second shooting occurred about 11 p.m. at Second and South Roman streets.
When New Orleans police arrived, they found 35-year-old Stephon McGee lying in the road with multiple gunshot wounds. Police found narcotics in McGee’s possession, Williams said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
