Police are looking for a suspect in the death of a man fatally shot earlier this week.
Officers responded about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, to calls on a gunshot victim in the 3100 block of Peterson St., a police news release said. They found Jeffrey Nelson Riddick, 48, of Norfolk, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Riddick was taken to a hospital, where he died about 7:15 p.m. Thursday. Police did not report his death until today.
