Killed – Gregory Smith (Philadelphia, PA)

Killed was Gregory Smith, 45, of the Nicetown section. Police said he was shot in the back and buttocks about 12:15 a.m. near Germantown Avenue and Wister Street in Germantown. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
